RACIAL ANNOUNCEMENT INCIDENT
A 16-year-old boy from Atlantic County, New Jersey, was arrested because he publicly addressed all balcks to leave a walmart store. Store management contacted an Washington Township Police Department, which opened an investigation in conjunction with the county's prosecutor's office.
